This role involves managing compensation, data integrity, and program operations, while ensuring alignment with performance-based culture and talent retention. It's a key position supporting a High-visibility role in driving strategic talent acquisition, retention, and compensation decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or other related field
- Advanced data and analytical skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel) and analytics dashboard tools (Tableau preferred)
- Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks and pay structures
- Experience with HRIS and compensation tools (Rippling, Payscale, Pave preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
