Assistant to the Inside Sales Manager supporting the Inside Sales Group through a structured succession plan, coordinating customer requests and internal processes.
Requirements
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel (primary tool), plus Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, TCM, Salesforce, and other software platforms
- Ability to interpret quote requests, manage priorities across sales regions, and work with customer purchasing, engineering, and facility teams
- Continuous improvement mindset and awareness of cross-department impacts
- Developing leadership skills for future management responsibilities
