Job Description
Fospha is a rapidly scaling measurement solution provider seeking a Head of Quality Engineering to lead quality in all aspects of their software, data, and ML products. This role involves architecting and driving the next-generation quality framework, incorporating automation, observability, and process design, to reduce time-to-production and maintain reliability. The company is currently expanding its team with operations in London, Mumbai and Austin.
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience scaling QA or Quality Engineering functions.
- Deep technical mastery in automation frameworks, data quality engineering, and ML validation.
- Understanding of how to validate GenAI-powered systems.
- Hands-on credibility to advise on tooling, review architecture, and guide engineers.
