Customer Project and Success Manager (DACH)

Founda operates at the intersection of healthcare, interoperability, and data availability, enabling seamless data exchange and digital transformation across hospitals, software vendors, and healthcare networks. We are seeking a Senior Customer Projects and Success Manager to take on a key leadership role in ensuring seamless project delivery and long-term customer success across the DACH region.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in customer success, customer onboarding, or project management within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Domain expertise in managing complex software implementation, integration, or digital transformation projects in highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
• Technical acumen with complex system integrations, data management solutions, and third-party software integrations.
• Experience working within or with the healthcare sector, ideally with exposure to interoperability challenges and healthcare IT ecosystems with healthcare standards like HL7, DICOM, FHIR.
• Fluent in both English and German.
