Job Description
Foundation AI is seeking an experienced, certified, and highly knowledgeable Senior Scrum Master to maximize the effectiveness and predictability of multiple high-performing development teams, specifically those focused on Data Science and AI product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct, deep experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
- At least 2 years serving multiple teams simultaneously
- Proven experience working with teams in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or MLOps environments
- Possess and maintain at least one advanced, internationally recognized Scrum certification
- Exceptional communication skills
