Clinical Director

The Clinical Director at Foundation for Recovery will lead the planning, development, and launch of a new substance use disorder (SUD) clinical services program. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the program from startup to operation, including licensing, accreditation, and enrollment with insurance payers. The ideal candidate will build a sustainable, peer-informed care model and integrate with existing recovery support programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral health field
• Active Nevada clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or equivalent)
• Qualified QMHP under Nevada Medicaid
• Eligibility or experience as a Clinical Supervisor under Nevada Medicaid
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment settings
• Demonstrated success in program startup, licensing, and/or accreditation (CARF or Joint Commission)
• Experience with insurance credentialing, payer enrollment, and billing processes for behavioral health services
• Proven ability to hire, supervise, and develop clinical teams
• Knowledge of IOP, OP, and PHP program operations
• CPR/First Aid certification within 3 months of hire
