Job Description
The Social Service Director works with residents in the facility by identifying their psychosocial, mental and emotional needs and providing access to services to meet those needs. The position involves exercising professional judgment, promoting patient-centered care, and adhering to laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current certification or licensure (as applicable) in good standing with the state board
- Minimum of 2 years LTC experience, preferred
- Federal, State, and MHI required credentials current and on file
