Job Description
Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Lines Account Manager for their Acentria team in Lakeland, Florida. The role involves servicing clients, maintaining good customer relations, and providing solutions to cover their needs. The position requires interaction with both new and existing clients and relies on independent judgement and creative problem solving.
Requirements
- New business quoting, proposal, sales, and development
- Account rounding and retention of existing clients
- Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner
- Manages and retains existing book of business
- Reviews and processes old and new renewals, new policies, and policy changes
- Adheres to agency customer service standards
- Competency with computers and software throughout client lifecycle
