We're looking for a YouTube Production Coordinator to manage our end-to-end production workflow for YouTube clients, including coordinating with creators, managing timelines, and optimizing video content for YouTube and AI platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing video production workflows end-to-end, ideally across multiple clients or projects simultaneously
- Functional experience with YouTube Studio: publishing, metadata, playlist management, analytics, and channel optimization
- Experience coordinating across external production partners, freelance creators, or contractors with competing timelines
- Proven ability to build and maintain production tracking systems that give stakeholders instant visibility into project status
