Client Relation Advisor M/F

We are looking for Client Advisors (M/F) in Customer Service to handle customer calls and answer their questions, promote products and services, and handle complaints and disputes.

Requirements

• 4-week training course alternating theory and practice
• Good oral and computer skills
• Ability to inform and sell by phone
