Customer Support Specialist with Estonian and English
Requirements
- Respond to and resolve a wide variety of consumer queries by phone calls and e-mails
- Has very good command of spoken Estonian (C1)
- Has good command of spoken English (at least level B2)
- Experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial
- Experience in technical facing role is beneficial
