FoundeverTM is seeking a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor in Athens, Greece to provide excellent support to customers via phone and email. The role involves answering inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Czech and English, and possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Native or proficient level of Czech (C2)
• Intermediate level of English (at least B2)
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
• Local candidate or willing to relocate to historic Athens
