Job Description
Foundever is seeking a French Customer Advisor to join their growing global consulting team in Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service to clients in the health insurance sector, managing inquiries and resolving issues, and adhering to company policies. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Native or proficient level of French (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1)
- Previous experience in customer services or banking/insurance
- Computer literacy
- Pedagogy, active listening, personal follow-up of insured files
- Ability to read, understand, and explain guarantees
- Ability to calculate and/or explain reimbursement calculations
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
