Greek speaking Customer Advisor - Athens, Greece

We're looking for a Greek native or fluent customer service specialist to join our Greek Customer Support team in historic Athens. As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include providing support to customers via various communication channels, building meaningful relationships, and meeting customer service quality goals.

Requirements

• Native or fluent level of Greek (C2/C1)
• Intermediate level of English (minimum B2) both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
• Be located in Greece
