Job Description
As an LPN at Four Oaks, you will assist in the provision of nursing services to agency clientele, including administering medications, building relationships, assessing medical needs, and coordinating psychiatric and psychological services. You will also provide health-related training needs of clientele and staff, and maintain health conscious procedures within work areas.
Requirements
- Active Iowa LPN License in good standing
- Prior experience in working with children (preferred)
- Ability to work on an on-call rotational schedule
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently / self directed
- Effective problem solving abilities
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
