Commis I- Butchery

The Four Seasons Doha Serviced Apartments is looking for a Commis I to join their pre-opening team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the related field, excellent command of English, and a passion for luxury hospitality. They will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie/Demi chef de Partie in establishing standard recipes and ensuring compliance with them. The candidate will also be responsible for inspecting taste, temperature, and visual appeal of dishes, participating in product development, and controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in related field
