Job Description
Four Seasons is looking for a Head Sommelier to lead the wine program at Hotel Danieli, Venice. As a leader in the wine industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the full wine program, developing a dynamic wine list, and training sommeliers and service teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of sommelier or wine service experience
- Certified Sommelier qualification from the Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET Level 3
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems
