Prácticas en Cocina- Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

We are seeking a passionate student of gastronomy to join our Kitchen department at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in this area, learning in different levels of responsibility and working as a team. You will be required to assist in the preparation of basic foods and the setup of the kitchen for service, support in the storage, labeling, and rotation of food, collaborate in the maintenance of kitchen cleanliness and organization, learn and assist in the use of kitchen equipment, and contribute to a small training project during the internship.

Requirements

• Availability to work flexible hours
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel (recommended)
• Legal right to work in Spain
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to sign a training agreement with your university or institution for 3-6 months at full-time
