Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for guests. The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree or equivalent training, 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Supervise and manage a designated section of the kitchen
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to Four Seasons' standards of quality and consistency
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Train, mentor, and support junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste
- Ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Contribute to cost control and efficient use of resources
