Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition efforts across Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto. The successful candidate will develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, build relationships with business and HR leadership, and provide counsel to hiring managers.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English (business level)
- Experience in hospitality industry is mandatory
