We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with a company's products and services.
Requirements
- Responsible for recording and processing customer requests.
- Resolving customer requests (if necessary) and communicating solutions and responses to customers.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Customers and sending these reports - through the specified channels, by deadline.
- Fulfilling customer orders, based on the production plan.
- Communicating any changes to the production plan to the customer, (positive or negative) that affects the commitment made previously to fulfill the order.
- Install and maintain electrical components of manufacturing machinery.
- Communicating any potential problems or obstacles to the production plan management and also making recommendations to resolve the issues.
- Compiles data from other departments to produce reports for the clients.
- Executing new product introduction projects, coordinating schedules, tracking changes, and communicating them to the customer.
- Ensures that projects are planned based on customer goals, deadlines, and coordinates the execution of each sub-activity based on the preliminary schedule.
