Entry-Level Quality Engineer - Swing Shift

The Entry-Level Quality Engineer will support quality control and assurance processes and develop and implement quality initiatives throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of quality control experience within the manufacturing server assembly environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aligning customer needs with business strategies.
• Flexibility to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environment
