Seeking a Human Resources Generalist to assist in running the daily functions of the HR department, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and upholding company policies.
Requirements
- Provide reports related to key human resources metrics
- Process bi-weekly pay and make system data adjustments
- Enroll new employees into ADP and time attendance systems
- Provide guidance on company compensation/benefit policies
- Prepare Personnel Action Forms for new hires and salary adjustments
- Update employee leave balances
- Organize annual performance evaluation process
- Collaborate with attorney on immigration related cases
- Handle employment-related inquiries and attend disciplinary meetings
- Review and track compliance with training and continuing education requirements
