Material Control Specialist - Manufacturing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Material Control Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing material planning, procurement, inventory analysis, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth operations across departments.

Requirements

• Collect, organize, and analyze material requirements from relevant departments
• Place purchase orders for maintenance materials and packaging supplies
• Source quotations and handle procurement of jigs, fixtures, and spare parts
• Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock analysis to optimize material flow
• Oversee and track product lifecycle processes, including LTB (Last Time Buy), EOP (End of Production), and EOL (End of Life)
• Coordinate with suppliers for settlement, invoicing, and handling any exceptions or discrepancies
• Manage Microsoft RTV (Return to Vendor) materials, including credit handling and material tracking
• Generate reports on material status and workflow KPIs
