Job Description
FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes and design assembly line layouts. This role involves collaborating with design engineers, selecting equipment, conducting process validation, and assisting the Maintenance Department within a production environment, offering opportunities for career growth in Smart Manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering required
- Advanced degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing required
- Experience with SMT/Wave soldering processes preferred
- Knowledge of IPC standards and PCB manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
