We're looking for a Service Desk Agent to join our team in Sandefjord, Norway. As a Service Desk Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and managing all incoming customer orders.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or a similar administrative order and / or logistics-oriented role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with ERP systems e.g., Jeeves
- Experience working with ticketing systems, e.g., ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English written and spoken
