Requirements
- Proven experience in payments processing, finance operations, or transaction handling.
- Strong understanding of PSP operations, banking procedures, and global payment methods.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with large volumes of transactions.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a client-focused mindset.
- Problem-solving and investigative skills for handling failed or suspicious transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or payment platforms.
