Affiliate Account Manager (Spanish Speaking)

FPM Global Marketing is seeking a full-time Affiliate Account Manager to manage relationships with affiliate partners, including e-commerce retailers and media outlets. The role involves recruiting new affiliates, monitoring programs, communicating with clients, and negotiating contracts. The position requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Requirements

• Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs
• Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts
• Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program
• Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners
• Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations
• Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
• Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services
• Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates
• Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns
• Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
• Represent company at international events
• Fluent in English and Spanish
