Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to the banking and financial services domain to support requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services
- Knowledge of banking products and processes
- Proficiency in writing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, BPMN tools, and SQL
