CG Supervisor

A multi-Oscar-winning creative studio seeking a CG Supervisor for our Melbourne studio. The successful candidate will be the creative and technical cornerstone of our team, leading the development of CG methodologies and supervising the execution of CG work across all departments.

Requirements

• Extensive CG supervision experience
• Problem solving ability, stakeholder management, and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work well in a leadership team and drive for results
• A thorough understanding of the entire visual effects process
• Good technical understanding of CG pipelines
• A good knowledge and experience of all areas of 3D
• An excellent understanding of photography and film with strong artistic skills
• Previous experience working within production leadership teams
• Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills
• A working knowledge of the latest CG procedures and techniques
• Proven creative ability and artistic flair
• The ability to write code and assist in tool/pipeline R&D development
