Job Description
Frampton Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to manage construction projects from a remote location, specifically a nationwide capacity. The role involves constructing various industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage projects. The Superintendent must have a strong background in construction management, a proactive approach to scheduling, and the ability to deliver presentations and build trust with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
- At least three years as a lead role on a project site.
- Industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel nationwide.
- Proficiency in utilizing construction management principles.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
