Business Banker

Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Banker for the Lakeville location and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will support a dynamic lending team, develop new client relationships, and use consultative interactions to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Actively develops new and existing business relationships
• Meet or exceed minimum number of customer development calls per month
• Analyzes individual loan documents
• Grow a loan portfolio by $5-$10 million per year
• Manage a $10-$20 million per year
• Monitors and collect past due loans
• Negotiates with customers who have difficulty making payments
• Monitors the existing loan portfolio through annual credit reviews
• Helps ensure all legal, compliance and CRA requirements are met
• Works closely with other areas of the bank to sell ancillary products
• Actively participates in community service organizations
• Ensures the confidentiality, security, and safekeeping of all accounts, records, and customer information
