Mortgage Banker

Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking a full-time Mortgage Banker to originate secondary market loans, in-house portfolio market loans, and applications, including prospecting, underwriting, and closing secured and unsecured Real Estate loans.

Requirements

• Actively develops new and existing customer relationships
• Analyzes individual loan documents to determine customers' cash flow and ability to pay
• Must be willing and able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Meets and interviews applicants to determine creditworthiness
• Monitors and collects past due loans
• Assists customers who have difficulty making payments
• Ensures appropriate information is in files and risk ratings are current
• Ensures that all legal, compliance, and CRA requirements are met
