Acute Care Technician and Ward Clerk
High school diploma or GED, Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Idaho, CPR certified
OR and Recovery Surgical Technologist
High school diploma or GED, certified as a Surgical Technologist, excellent verbal and written skills in English, and ability to work effectively with a team
Clinical Supervisor and Intervention Specialist
College degree in Human Services, current Habilitative Intervention License from Idaho, and one thousand forty hours of supervised experience working with children with developmental disabilities
Physical Therapy Assistant
Graduated from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program, Licensed in the State of Idaho, 1 year of experience preferred
Medical Assistant
High school diploma or GED, completion of accredited medical assistant program or LPN in Idaho, and 1 year of experience in an office environment
Acute Care Registered Nurse
1-2 years of experience in acute care nursing, current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho, and good communication skills
Clinical Physical Therapist
Must be licensed in Idaho & hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). BLS certification required. Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy School
Ultrasound Technologist
Sonography/Ultrasound certification & registration required. Must be current CPR/BLS certified. Requires proficiency in ultrasound equipment
Speech Language Pathologist-PRN
Master's in Speech Pathology & an ASHA certification are required. Current state licensure as well as an SLP license are needed
Nurse Analyst (LPN/RN)
1-2 years of nursing experience, electronic medical record systems experience, degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho
