Job Description
We're looking for a Junior People Business Partner to join our People Performance team at Frasers Group. As a generalist HR/People role, you'll support the delivery of our people plans and partner with Regional/Area Managers to resolve people solutions across multiple sites.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role
- Proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across an organisation
- Experience of working within a highly customer centric or retail environment
