Membership Experience Host

As a Host at Everlast Gyms, you'll be the first friendly face our members see when they walk through the door. You'll be responsible for welcoming members and guests, supporting membership sales and retention, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.

Requirements

• Welcoming members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
• Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
• Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
