We are seeking a Project Leadership - Coordination and Event Management to support the department leadership and Director of Corporate Communications in coordinating activities for the 200th anniversary of Joseph von Fraunhofer's death. The role involves strategic and conceptual project responsibility for a planned event and acting as a coordinating interface within the Director's Office for Corporate Communications.
Requirements
- Completed scientific university degree (Master) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in corporate communications and the implementation of events, ideally with high-ranking individuals from politics and business
- Independent and result-oriented working style, excellent organizational skills, and high interface competence
- Very good knowledge of the German language in writing and speaking, combined with a convincing demeanor and high service orientation
- A responsible handling of confidential information as well as the ability to work on multiple topics and processes in parallel
- The willingness to undertake shorter business trips to the Munich region
