The Fraunhofer IKTS is a research and technology service provider that develops modern ceramic high-performance materials and system solutions for networked, digitally supported production and quality assurance. The position is a Technical Staff Member in the Facility Management Department, responsible for maintenance, inspection, and management of the properties. The job involves independent coordination and control of maintenance measures, organization of building-related processes, and central interface between building users and service providers.

Requirements

• Completed training in electrical engineering and/or heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing
• Several years of practical experience in technical facility management (desirable)
• Willingness to work as a safety officer
• Driving license class B
