The Fraunhofer Society is seeking a Student/Studentin in Recruiting to support the Recruiting Team in tasks such as job postings, application management, and communication with applicants. The role involves participating in Personal Marketing Campaigns, organizing internships and internal events, and analyzing and reporting in the Recruiting area.

Requirements

• Academic background in economics, social sciences, psychology, or a related field
• Independent work and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
• Good German and English language skills
• Secure and application-oriented MS Office knowledge
• Practical experience in the mentioned areas (ideally)
