Requirements

• Manage and review complex federal, state, and international tax returns.
• Understand client’s business needs and analyze tax issues.
• Lead tax engagements from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of client tax returns.
• Review work performed by team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Master’s degree with a CPA license.
