Requirements
- Reconnect with lapsed customers via phone and email
- Build genuine rapport and actively listen to customers' experiences
- Handle objections positively and persuasively encourage reactivation
- Record sales and customer information accurately in our CRM system
- Resolve past issues and find creative solutions that restore customer confidence
- Follow up with customers post-sale to confirm details and ensure satisfaction
- Work towards and exceed individual and team KPIs, contributing to overall sales performance and business growth
