Revenue Cycle Training & QA Coordinator - Full Time with Benefits

The Revenue Cycle Training and QA Coordinator is responsible for evaluating, supporting, and analyzing new updates and applications for Patient Access, providing timely feedback and on-the-spot training to staff, and monitoring and reporting error rates.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with Meditech highly desirable
• Associate's degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, registration, physician's office, medical records, patient accounting
• 2-3 years in staff training/development
• Previous experience in training/education preferred
