Job Description
Freed is seeking a Head of People to build and lead its People & Talent function, overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement. This is a strategic role focused on scaling the company and maintaining a fast-paced, mission-driven culture. The role requires a builder who can balance empathy with business rigor and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading and building People/HR teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and best practices
- Experience designing and running onboarding processes and performance management processes
- Experience in talent acquisition, building in-house recruiting capabilities, and scaling people teams
