Senior Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help transform how clinicians work by leading design for core product areas, owning the end-to-end user experience, and partnering with engineering, product, and design peers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products, can navigate ambiguity, and is a strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design.

Requirements

• Lead design for core product areas — from problem framing to polished execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with a small team of engineering, product, and design peers to shape product strategy and roadmap
• Bring the clinician voice into the room — through research, usability testing, and systems thinking — and advocate for their needs across product decisions
• Create intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI that balances user needs with product complexity
• Work scrappily when needed, and raise the bar when it matters — sweat the details, but know how to move fast
• Help us evolve our design system and shape design culture
