Job Description
Freedom Forever is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the operations team, overseeing solar installations, managing field personnel, and ensuring compliance. This role focuses on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, driving efficiency and meeting key performance metrics. It's a full-time position within a rapidly growing renewable energy company.
Requirements
- Oversee all operations and administrative tasks for the branch
- Manage, mentor, and motivate field teams (installers, auditors, coordinators, etc.)
- Monitor project progress, safety, and quality
- Ensure proper safety training and adherence to SOPs
- Collaborate with regional leadership for reporting and forecasts
- Assess installation sites and monitor subcontractor work
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules
