Job Description
Freedom Forever is seeking a Roof Lead to manage and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops. This role involves leading a team, ensuring quality and safety, and driving the company's mission in the fast-growing solar industry. Requirements
- Proven experience in solar installation, especially rooftop systems
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Familiarity with hand/power tools and construction safety practices
- Valid driver’s license and insurance (travel required)
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and productivity
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
