Requirements

• Active management and development of operational staff
• Responsibility for day-to-day duty management and running of the leisure centre
• Contribution to business and budgetary performance of the centre
• Proactive member of the leisure centre team
• Continuous professional development in the industry
• Experience in problem solving, customer service, and staff management
• Previous experience in a Duty Management or similar role
• Autonomy and decision-making confidence
• Ability to think on your feet and respond to variable demands
• NPLQ qualification (training provided if required)
