Job Description
We are seeking a hospitality focused Concierge to provide exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors at The Lodge of Northbrook. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our community and will be responsible for providing warm and professional greetings, resolving issues, and assisting with daily tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent telephone communication skills
