508 Tester

Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a 508 tester to ensure digital assets and communications adhere to accessibility standards. The role involves performing Section 508 evaluations, testing documents, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance. This position supports the design, testing, and deployment of an enterprise-level financial and resource management system for the government Corporate Management Services (CMS).

Requirements

• Perform Section 508 evaluation, testing, and remediation of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documents.
• Collaborate with government and contractor stakeholders.
• Conduct accessibility testing of system content and deliverables.
• Utilize industry-standard 508 testing tools.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and Confluence/Jira documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 and VA policies.
• Provide technical guidance to program teams.
