Job Description
Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a Functional Testing and Customer Support Specialist to provide application development, system administration, system architecture, testing, and IT customer support to their clients. The role is fully onsite in Virginia and focuses on ensuring application compliance and customer satisfaction. This is a sponsor-driven, flexible agile development cycle position.
Requirements
- Evaluate design, architecture, and implementation options.
- Ensure new applications/systems meet performance and security SLAs.
- Comply with Sponsor's Risk Management Framework.
- Develop and direct testing procedures.
- Document test procedures and results.
